Subject: Footer Contact Form
Most of our shared hosting customers have the same issue and they disable mail forwarders when it becomes an issue. It's something you have to explain to your customers. A single forward, especially from an email address that has been around a long time, and worse when the owner does not protect the email address, will get you blocked.

You would have to ask Rackspace.
Our company can help with mail issues by insuring the DNS is setup correctly for the server and for each domain. If you are currently blocked and spam lists as well as by certain mail providers like Yahoo, it's best to get a new IP with your new server. Then you should insure holes that may cause spam to go out of your server, including web based contact forms, are protected with a good CAPTCHA routine. We cannot prevent a server from getting black listed but can often help find what causes it by reviewing logs.

Unfortunately I cannot do that. I would try other places, maybe you will find something.

If you want US only, maybe try Rackspace or possibly Atlantic.net. As you are near LA, there are tons of options but all through data centers, not exactly Server Management. You will pay much more and get much slower response for the most part though. I do not know of any server management companies that are US only but Touch Support used to be. But they seemed to move out of server management and more into other lines of support.
I own the company and I am in Phoenix. I am from your area though (I see your number is 8-5 and your email indicates Ventura area), I worked and lived in Westlake Village for many years in the very late 90's, early 20's at NetZero/Juno ISPs when there.

It's the same as in the US, we hire good people with reputations. If you want only US you can get that. I do sales and cannot help with your day to day support.

CentOS is going away and is being replaced by CentOS Stream. The future of it is unknown and we decided to put our recommendations on Ubuntu when possible. You can still use CentOS, but the next time you migrate, it will be to another OS.
We can sign an NDA for you.
We have admins in eastern Europe and India.
I've been doing this for 15 years, manage over 500 servers, and I've rarely if ever seen a Linux update break a standard web hosting setup like DirectAdmin. The cycle of changes going into a Linux OS before getting released to the general public is very extensive.

Hi Jordan,
The customization to DirectAdmin we will copy over, so that will be there. We have maybe 10 DirectAdmin customers but quite a bit more servers as many of them have lots of server. I am not sure how many though. For OS, I would go with Ubuntu for the OS but any other one will be fine as well.
If your system is fairly old, and not running PHP version 7, you may have a lot of issues getting the sites to work on the newer OS's which will not support older PHP versions. If this is the case we can move all your sites, but any code that does not work, you will need to have a developer fix.

Hi Jordan,
I thought you wanted a one-time job, that was $150. If you want us to manage your server, we include the setup and migration in the monthly cost of $65/month. You would have to get a Linux server that we can migrate the domains to.
As for the header and footer or any other website type of customization go, we cannot do that. You would have to have a web developer do that.
